Welcome to the Ocean Azahara Playa Apartments in Los Cristianos, Ocean Azahara Playa is situated in Los Cristianos on the south west coast of Tenerife, a mere 15km from Tenerife South airport.

Formerly an apart/hotel, Ocean Azahara Playa is now a private complex, yet retains its excellent pool and lift facilities. It is suitable for those wanting easy pedestrian access to Playa Las Vistas beach (150 metres away), old Los Cristianos and the glamorous shopping centres and nightlife of Playa de las Americas. There is a lift to the street and also a lift to all floors of the complex.




As the name suggests it was built to enjoy the views of Playa de las Vistas, which was created with the soft, golden sand shipped from the Sahara dessert. Unlike many of the origianal volcanic black sand beaches, this golden beach is ideal for family swims and sunbathing. The other side of the hotel is the Mencey Shopping Centre including an excellent supermarket at 50 metres distance, open from 9:00 to 21:45 (6 days per week). It is superb to shop here if you wish to eat in, as it has a delicatessen, fresh bread bakery and extensive fish counter. A walk to old Los Cristianos takes via San Telmo, a lively terraced district with many local bars and restaurants with spectacular views to the sea. The cuisine on offer ranges from local tapas bars and cafes offering English food to Chinese or Italian. On certain days of the week many bars have live music and dancing.
