HOW DO I BOOK?
If you find an apartment that you are interested in booking is easy.
First step is to send the enquiry form by email. When we receive the email we will check to see if the apartment is available with the owners.
We will email you back within 48 hours with the apartment availability and any other information you may have requested.
When you give us the go ahead for booking the apartment, we will send you an invoice detailing the amount to be paid with payment instructions and your reference number.
How Do I Make A Payment
There are two ways to pay for your apartment:
- By Bank Transfer, all details for the bank transfer are detailed on your invoice that we send you by email. All you need to do is go with the invoice to your bank and they will do everything for you. Your bank will charge a small fee for this service. All monies sent will need to be sent in EUROS, the amount is detailed on your invoice. This service normally takes approximately 4 working days to arrive in Tenerife.
- Online Booking by credit card using paypal, just click on the paypal icon below and follow the instructions. You will need to enter the amount you are paying, and fill in all the details. This is a safe and secure way to pay for your apartment and payment will normally hit us here in Tenerife on the same day.
Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm that we have received it and your apartment is booked for you. No apartment will be booked until we have received the deposit. All deposits are non refundable.
