The Chipeque complex in Los Cristianos has undergone a major transformation since the turn of 2007. What was previously an Apart/Hotel, all 70 apartments are now privately owned and have all been refurbished to very high standard.
The Chipeque complex is situated in the exclusive Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos near to the Paradise Park Hotel and is very convenient for the various new restaurants and bars within the area.
The new Passaralla shopping centre is a 2 minute walk away whilst the beach and sea front promenade is a 10 minute walk. This small friendly low rise complex has a lovely figure of eight pool, pool bar/snack bar, mini market, pool table and table tennis with lovely staff to make you welcome.
The complex has everything thing that is needed for a really enjoyable holiday:-
- A lovely pool with free sun beds and sun pad/mattresses.
- A pool bar on site serving tasty snacks and meals.
- A small mini market where you can purchase your self catering requirements at reasonable prices.
- Washing machines should there be a need to do some laundry.
- Table tennis and pool table.
- Internet access is available within the reception area.
This lovely small friendly complex has seen some tremendous changes. All tour operators have gone and each apartment is privately owned. This really is a must for your next holiday.
